Educator at Heart

I’ve had the great pleasure of working alongside Lina through our coaching program at Microsoft, where her impact as a Leadership and Career Coach over the past five years has been nothing short of remarkable.

Lina brings a rare and powerful blend of coaching expertise, strategic insight, and deep empathy. Whether supporting emerging talent or senior leaders, she has an exceptional ability to help people navigate complex transitions, build confidence, and lead with authenticity. Her calm presence and thoughtful approach create the kind of space where real reflection and growth can happen.

If you are looking for a coach who not only understands the pressures of leadership and career decisions but also cares deeply about the whole human behind the role, Lina is someone I recommend wholeheartedly.

What sets Lina apart

‘What sets Lina apart is her holistic view of development. Even within a corporate environment, she has always understood that professional growth is deeply connected to personal wellbeing. It is no surprise that she is now expanding her work to integrate coaching with mental health support through her own private practice. This next chapter plays directly to her strengths, meeting people where they are and guiding them toward clarity, resilience, and purpose”.

The Journey Behind the Work

My story

ukraine -1995

Resilience Was My First Teacher

Growing up in Ukraine during the years of perestroika after the Soviet Union collapse, and the profound changes that followed taught me one lesson very early: life can change overnight.
Scarcity was part of everyday life. Making more with less wasn’t a strategy, it was simply how people lived. Those humble beginnings shaped my resilience, resourcefulness and deep appreciation for opportunity.
As a child, I dreamed of becoming an artist after graduating from the Art School. Life, however, had a different plan. Looking back, I realise that creativity never disappeared but found new forms through leadership, education and multiple business ventures.
Even then, one dream remained constant: to help build a world with less suffering and more possibility.

russia – 2010

A Bigger World Awaits

In search of opportunity, I moved to Moscow. Life quickly became a grind: from early mornings in university to late evenings working as a waitress to pay my way. It was a season of hard work, uncertainty and determination, driven by the belief that education could change the course of my life.
At the time, not being accepted into a state university felt like a setback. Looking back, it became one of life’s greatest gifts. Instead, I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from an American university, studying in English through a curriculum built on the Harvard Business School publishing collection. More importantly, I discovered a multicultural environment that expanded my perspective far beyond the classroom.
That chapter taught me that sometimes the opportunities we don’t get are the very ones that lead us where we’re meant to be. It was the first step towards an international career and a life far bigger than I had imagined.

Singapore – 2015

A Leap into the World

Moving to Singapore felt like stepping into an entirely new chapter of life. The tropical city became home, and with it came an opportunity many professionals dream about – joining Microsoft.
What followed was nearly a decade of working across Asia-Pacific in roles that took me from Australia and New Zealand to Japan, Korea, Greater China and Southeast Asia. Every project, every flight and every conversation deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity and reinforced one belief: people are remarkably similar, no matter where they come from.
Behind the fast-paced world of technology and innovation, I witnessed both the extraordinary potential of people and the invisible cost of sustained pressure. High performance often came with chronic stress, exhaustion and the expectation to keep going, regardless of what the mind or body was signalling.
My own curiosity about health and wellbeing deepened during those years. After completing my Yoga Teacher Training in India, I made yoga part of my daily life, a practice that brought balance amidst constant travel, demanding roles and a relentless pace. Looking back, this was where the first seeds of Psychosomatic Leadership® were planted: the realisation that sustainable leadership begins not with strategy or mindset, but with understanding the profound connection between the mind, the body and human performance.

Australia – 2025

The Courage to Begin Again

Some graduations come with a ceremony to solidify chosen path. Others change the direction of your life and take on the new one.
I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and registered with NHAA, surpassed 500 coaching hours as a professional coach, and closed one of the most rewarding chapters of my career by leaving Microsoft after nearly a decade.
For years, I had been building two careers in parallel. By day, I worked with Learning & Development leaders across global technology. Outside of work, I immersed myself in health sciences, natural medicine, counselling and the study of the mind–body connection. Eventually, those two worlds no longer felt separate, they became one.
Leaving the security of corporate life was not about walking away from success but walking towards purpose.
In 2025, that purpose began taking shape through Psychosomatic Leadership®, executive coaching and integrative healthcare, a new chapter built on everything that had come before, and the beginning of work that would soon extend far beyond the consulting room.

Costa rica – 2026

The Vision Comes to Life

Earlier in 2026, I hosted the first Psychosomatic Leadership® Bootcamp in Costa Rica, bringing together everything I had learned throughout my journey: leadership development, executive coaching, yoga and integrative health into one immersive experience.
For the first time, I watched leaders step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and discover that sustainable performance begins long before strategy or skills. It begins with the relationship we have with our own mind and body.
The bootcamp confirmed what I had believed for years: meaningful transformation doesn’t happen in a boardroom alone. It happens when people have the time, space and guidance to slow down, reflect and grow as whole human beings.
Costa Rica was only the beginning. The journey continues with future Psychosomatic Leadership® Bootcamps, including the next immersive experience in Mexico 10-17 Ocrober, where a new group of leaders will come together to learn, restore and transform.

Together, these qualifications form the foundation of an integrated practice that connects organisational performance with mental, neurological and whole-person health.

Leadership & Business

Lina’s academic foundations in business, executive leadership, human resources, coaching, and artificial intelligence provide the strategic perspective to help leaders navigate complexity, build high-performing teams, and prepare organisations for the future of work.

ENEB (Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona) – Spain & Global

Focused on strategic human resources, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance, compensation, employee relations and organisational leadership. This study complements Lina’s extensive experience developing people and capability inside global technology organisations, strengthening her ability to connect individual development with workforce strategy, leadership culture and sustainable organisational performance. It also supports her work with executives and businesses navigating talent, wellbeing and cultural transformation.

IEAD (Instituto Europeo de Alta Dirección) – Spain & Global

Advanced executive education in leadership, strategic management, innovation, emotional intelligence, marketing analytics, financial technologies and artificial intelligence. The program expanded Lina’s ability to examine complex business challenges from an enterprise perspective and strengthens her work with leaders who must make high-impact decisions while balancing commercial performance, people and change.

ENEB (Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona) – Spain & Global

Explored the practical application of artificial intelligence across business functions, including human resources, marketing, finance, operations and entrepreneurship. The program developed Lina’s understanding of how AI can improve decision-making, redesign processes and support responsible organisational transformation. It enables her to bring a future-focused perspective to leadership development, education and the evolving relationship between technology, work and human performance.

Moscow University Touro – Russia & USA

Established a broad foundation in management, organisational behaviour, international business, marketing, finance, human resources and business strategy. This education shaped Lina’s early commercial perspective and supported a career spanning business development, technology partnerships, learning and leadership across multiple international markets. It continues to inform the commercial and entrepreneurial dimension of her work today.

ENEB (Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona) – Spain & Global

Developed advanced capabilities in innovation strategy, project governance, change leadership, and business transformation. This qualification strengthens Lina’s ability to help organisations navigate complexity, implement strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and build high-performing teams capable of adapting to an increasingly dynamic and AI-driven business landscape.

Coaching & Human Development

Lina’s professional education in coaching, mindfulness, leadership, and counselling strengthens the ability to facilitate meaningful behavioural change, emotional resilience, and sustainable personal and professional growth.

ENEB (Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona) – Spain & Global

Advanced study in coaching methodology, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, communication, motivation and personal development. The program strengthened Lina’s ability to support behavioural change, emotional regulation, resilience and conscious leadership, bringing a deeper understanding of the psychological patterns that influence how people think, relate and perform. It provides an important academic bridge between her executive coaching practice, leadership development work and mind–body approach.

Torrens University Australia – Australia

Developed practical skills in therapeutic communication, counselling frameworks, case management, client assessment, ethical practice and support for emotional and psychosocial challenges. This training enables Lina to work with greater psychological depth, listen beyond surface symptoms and support clients through stress, grief, burnout, behavioural patterns and major life transitions. It also strengthens the trauma-aware and person-centred foundations of both her clinical and coaching work.

Charles Sturt University and IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership) – Australia

Professional education in organisational coaching, leadership development and the practical application of coaching within workplace systems. IECL’s pathway focuses on high-performance coaching, relational intelligence and the creation of psychologically safe coaching relationships, while its university partnership connects coach training with formal study in organisational leadership. This qualification strengthens Lina’s capacity to coach executives within the realities of business, culture, stakeholder complexity and organisational change.

Integrative Medicine

Lina’s clinical training in naturopathy, homeopathy, iridology, and yoga supports a whole-person approach to health, addressing the interconnected biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors that influence long-term wellbeing.

Endeavour College of Natural Health – Australia

A comprehensive clinical degree integrating biological sciences, nutrition, dietary counselling, herbal medicine, lifestyle education, psychology, diagnostic methods and supervised clinical practice. The program developed Lina’s ability to assess health from a whole-person perspective and create individualised treatment strategies that consider physical symptoms, mental wellbeing, lifestyle, nutrition and environmental influences together. It provides the central scientific and clinical foundation for her integrative health practice.

International Academy of Classical Homeopathy — Professor George Vithoulkas (Greece & Global)

Advanced study in classical homeopathic philosophy, materia medica, repertorisation, case analysis and the long-term management of complex and chronic presentations. Training within Professor George Vithoulkas’s methodology emphasises understanding the individual as a whole rather than treating isolated symptoms, including careful examination of mental, emotional and physical patterns. This perspective deeply informs Lina’s personalised and psychosomatic approach to clinical care.

School of Integrated Iridology — Tony Miller (Australia)

Specialised training in the observation and interpretation of iris signs within an integrative health assessment. Lina uses this knowledge as one component of a broader clinical picture, alongside health history, symptom patterns, nutrition, lifestyle and other relevant information. It contributes an additional observational perspective to personalised wellness planning rather than functioning as a stand-alone diagnostic method.

Trimurti Yoga (India)

A 200-hour teacher-training foundation covering yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, asana, pranayama, meditation and teaching methodology. Trimurti’s program incorporates multiple yoga traditions, including Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, providing Lina with practical tools for movement, breath awareness, mindfulness and embodied self-regulation. These skills enhance her work in retreats, leadership programs and health support by helping clients experience regulation and mind–body awareness rather than understanding them only intellectually.

This combination allows Lina to understand clients from multiple perspectives, not only as leaders, employees or patients, but as whole people whose biology, psychology, environment and lived experience continuously shape how they feel, function and perform.

Ready to Work Together?

Whether you’re leading an organisation or rebuilding your health, every journey starts with understanding the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and perform.

“You cannot separate the leader from the human, or performance from wellbeing.” Lina Sha
